Greater Hartford BNI Gives Back
The members of Greater Hartford BNI gave back to the community today, voluteering with ServCorps to help rehabilitate an historic home, built in 1892, on Ashley Street in Hartford. This home will be returned to the community as affordable housing upon completion of the project.
Kyle Kummer and Lisa Giller (left) pitched in installing drywall in the basement, while Caitlin Lavey, Ginny Hofrichter and Matt Woods Weber stripped paint from the home's original hardwood molding. In addition to the progress made on the construction efforts, new friends were made and a good time was had by all, proving once again that Givers Gain!
