"Do you purchase Lottery Tickets? Or Power Ball? If the "prize" is large enough (a subjective and moving target) I do - even knowing that the odds are better that I will be struck by lightning. What are the odds of "hitting a big one" in BNI? I never did - but during my 12 years in the Hartford - now Greater Hartford - Chapter I did see it happen. One member received no referrals for her first 5 to 6 months and then got a contract for over $50,000 that really got her business going. One, in which I was the referral writer, has resulted in repeat business for the past 5 or more years. Another one in which I had my hand has resulted in 2 national contracts generating revenue in excess of over $200,000 over the past 2 to 3 years - and their revenue is still growing. Greater Hartford BNI Snow Day Policy

The policy for snow days is as follows: if the Hartford Public Schools are cancelled or delayed, the Wednesday morning BNI meeting will also be cancelled.
